About Me

Alexander Jones is a dedicated photographer and videographer currently pursuing a BFA in Photo and Computer Imagery at Shepherd University. With a strong background in both Digital Photography and Video, his work explores compelling visual storytelling through various mediums, including studio photography, alternative processes, and animation.

His experience includes serving as the President of the In.Focus Photography Club, working as a sports and media photographer at Camp Caribou, and capturing moments for the Shepherd University Women's Soccer Team. Additionally, his photography has been featured in exhibitions and publications such as LensCulture, Hazel Berry Magazine, and Artistonish Magazine.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve, Alexander combines technical expertise with artistic vision. As a university photo lab monitor, he also assists fellow students, fostering a collaborative and creative learning environment.

Through his work, Alexander aims to blend artistry with storytelling, ensuring each image captures emotion, movement, and authenticity.
